The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cries.
The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to erase their memory from the earth.
The LORD hears when the righteous cry, and He delivers them from their distress.
Near is the LORD to the brokenhearted. He rescues those whose spirits are crushed.
