James 1:5-8

If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives liberally to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. Ask in faith, doubting nothing, for he that doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man cannot suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord, for he is double-minded and unstable in all his ways.
