Ecclesiastes 3:14-15

I know that whatever God does, it will endure forever. Nothing is to be added to it, and from it nothing is to be withdrawn. God's purpose is so that people will revere and fear him. Whatever is, has already been. What will be, has been before. And God will call the past into account.
