Philippians 3:10-16

I long to know CHRIST and the power of his resurrection, and I long for the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, even to die as he died, that by any means possible I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this, nor have I already been perfected, but I press on to make it my own, because CHRIST JESUS has made me his own. Dearly beloved, I do not regard myself to have taken possession of it yet. But one thing I do: I leave the past behind and I look forward to what lies ahead. I press on toward the goal for the prize for which GOD is calling us to heaven through CHRIST JESUS. All of us who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too GOD will make clear to you. Nevertheless, let us live up to what we have already attained.
