2 Corinthians 5:1-5
We know that if the earthly tabernacle in which we live is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not made with human hands. Meanwhile we ache, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are then clothed, we will not be found naked. While we are in our current tabernacle, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed, but clothed, with our heavenly dwelling. Then the mortal will be swallowed up by life. And He who made us for this very purpose has given us the Spirit, guaranteeing what is to come.
