Exodus 4:10-12

Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither yesterday, nor before, nor since you first spoke to me, your servant, for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue." Then the LORD aked him, "Who gave you your mouth? Who has the power to make a man deaf or mute or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go; I will be with your mouth, and I will direct you on what to say."
