2 Peter 2:1-3

And there arose false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will stealthily introduce dangerous heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, which will bring on themselves a swift destruction. Many will follow their evil ways, and because of them the Way of the Truth will be maligned. In their greed, they will use deceptive arguments to exploit you. Their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.
